55 Fathoms is a privately owned and managed 3 bedroom semi-detached holiday cottage with en-suite shower room, king-sized beds and a private patio area leading onto the well tendered gardens and babbling brook.

Nestled in the beautifully landscaped gardens of Pendra Loweth, close to golden beaches, rugged coastal paths, and charming harbour towns, our cottage provides the perfect balance of comfort, character and convenience, your ‘home from home’.

Fully renovated with a tranquil, nautical theme the cottage is ideal for couples or families who want a memorable stay in one of Cornwall’s most beautiful regions.

Property information

We are in the process of completely refurbishing 55 Fathoms. 

We are investing in brand new award-winning mattresses for both the king size beds, new bedding for all beds and a wonderfully comfortable corner sofa and chair that are being manufactured as I type.

The photos shown will be updated as soon as each room is finished and every room will be freshly painted in calm colours and there will be a nautical vibe throughout!

We want you to be comfortable and have the best stay at 55 Fathoms so we are doing all we can to ensure you have the best time, be as comfortable as possible and will want to return again and again.

 

  • Three bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 7 and one infant.

  • Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower cubicle, basin and WC.

  • Bedroom 2 with king size bed.

  • Bedroom 3 with bunk beds and 1 single bed.

  • Family Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC.

  • Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC.

  • Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

  • Electric heating.

  • Electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 

  • dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, WiFi.

  • Electric costs included.

  • Outside tap and enclosed porch area for muddy boots/wetsuits.

  • Travel cot and high chair available on request when booking.

  • Bed linen and bathroom towels included (you will need to bring your own beach towels).

  • Shared use of gym, Jacuzzi, plunge pool, children's play area and tennis courts - seasonal

  • times and availability - please see separate information as there are restrictions for use.

  • Off road parking for 1 car plus visitor's parking.

  • Patio doors leading on to a private patio with garden furniture and BBQ that lead onto the communal lawn area.

  • Maximum of two well behaved dogs allowed by prior arrangement.

  • No smoking or vaping.

  • Note: On-site facilities have seasonal opening times.

  • Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time.

  • Note: Car charging points are available outside the office, next to the disabled car parking bay.

  • Note: Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted on this site, this property cannot be used as private accommodation for work or business trips, any bookings for commercial/worker use will be cancelled and the owners reserve to right to refuse a refund.

  • Note: Please pay special attention to the conditions that no sign-written vehicles are allowed on the Pendra Loweth site.
